Welcome to Myanmar ! Welcome on your arrival at Mandalay airport and transfer to the hotel for check in.
After a short rest, head out to Sagaing Hill which is considered the religious center of Myanmar. You will visit some of the most famous temples among the others including Buddha Cave, U Min Thonze Pagoda, Soon Oo Ponya Shin Pagoda. The incredibly fine architecture will amaze you from the first sight. Take your time to relax and enjoy the charming scenery of Mandalay.
Continue your trail to Amarapura to explore the former capital of Myanmar which lies on the left bank of the Ayarwaddy River. Pay a visit to Mahagandayon monastery – the most prominent monastic college in the country. Accommodating more than a thousand young monks, it is a typical place to witness the disciplined way of life of Buddhist monks.
Move onto the famous U Bein Bridge – one of the most attractive spots for tourists. Spanning over Taungthaman Lake with the length of 1.2 km, the bridge is the longest teakwood bridge in the world. Keep driving to Mahamuni pagoda to admire its huge Buddha statue covered by gold leaf. Later, take a short flight to Bagan.

As the second largest city and the last royal capital of Myanmar, Mandalay remains the most traditional, timeless and also the economic center of Upper Burma. This ancient town is also famous for its stupas, monks and monasteries – a great place to discover the religion of the area.
First, you will take a boat ride to visit Mingun which is notable for many Buddhist shrines, monasteries, meditation centers and monuments of historical and cultural importance. You will visit the great ruins of the region including the Mingun Paya – an incomplete monument in Mingun and Mingun Bell – the second largest working bell in the world with the weight of 90 tons, which plays an important role in religious affairs of local communityYour afternoon journey will start with a visit to Mandalay Palace – the first palace to be built in Mandalay. It is the last royal palace of the last Burmese monarchy. You will be inspired by the harmonious architecture and balanced beauty of the structure.
Proceed to the Shwenandaw Monastery - a historic Buddhist monastery located near Mandalay Hill. The monastery is a grand example of 19th century Myanmar teak architecture as well as a significant masterpiece of the wood-carver’s art.
There is a short trip to gold leaf beating workshop before making your way to Kuthodaw Pagoda which is known as “The World’s Largest Book”. It is known for its collection of 729 marble slabs with Buddhist teachings. Wrap your beautiful day with stunning views over Mandalay from Mandalay Hill – a great place to watch sunrise and sunset. Transfer back to Mandalay at the end of the day.

This morning, we transfer to the airport for a flight to Bagan – which is famous for thousands of ancient pagodas and temples.
Start your excursion to discover the long –lasting history as well as the development of Buddhism of the temple plains. Along the way, make a stop for a visit of Shwezigon Pagoda – the most sacred pagoda in Bagan. The pagoda is served as a prototype for later stupas built throughout the country and marked an important development of Buddhism.
Move onto another impressive structure – Ananda temple - one of Bagan’s best known and most beautiful temples. Built at the end of the early Bagan period, the temple is one of the first great temples to be built in Bagan and is well preserved. Do not miss out on Sulamani Temple – an elegant monument on the plains of Bagan.
In the afternoon, take a traditional horse cart ride to visit Nan Paya Pagoda – a beautiful temple made of sandstones with unique architectural structure. As the sun casts its last rays, make your way to the top of Shwesandaw Pagoda for breathtaking sunset over the plain.

From October, the luxury river cruiser Belmond Road to Mandalay will start to welcome a limited number of outside guests every Friday and Saturday evenings for a fabulous dinner mid river near Bagan. This morning, enjoy a scenic drive through the temple plain to Mt Popa– an iconic Myanmar sight. Perched dramatically atop of the mount is the sacred Popa Taungkalat monastery which is known for being home to 37 Nats.
Upon arrival, pay a visit to a traditional craft village. Visiting the village, you have great opportunity to witness first- hand the traditional production of palm toddy with different making process.
After lunch, head back to Bagan and then enjoy a delightful cruise along Ayeyarwaddy River for breathtaking views over Bagan at sunset.
In the evening, taste the authentic Burmese meal while enjoying traditional puppet show – a great way to wrap your beautiful journey.

This morning, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Heho – the gateway to the magical Inle Lake. Enjoy the cruise on the lake and discover its endless charm.
Marvel at the rich beauty of floating gardens with variety of plants and vegetables. This is also a great chance to explore the simple but unique lifestyle of local villagers.Floating along the lake, you will be surprised by the image of boatmen rowing the boat using one leg. This unique rowing technique is a typical feature of the local fishermen in this area.
In the afternoon, continue your trip to the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda located on the lake – home to five sacred Buddha images decorated in gold leaf.
You also visit Nga Hpe Chaung Monastery – also located in Inle Lake. It is an attractive wooden monastery. Built at the end of 1850s, the monastery is considered as the biggest and the oldest monastery on Inle Lake. The monastery is worth a visit for its historical purposes and architecture as well as its cute cats.
Wrap your trip with a visit the cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses in Nam Pan village for a glimpse of local life and craft.

This morning, pay a visit to a morning market in the lake to learn more about the typical way of life of the locals in the region. Local residents in the lake gather together from very early to exchange their local produce.
Enjoy lunch (on your own) before taking an excursion to Indein where you admire the ancient architecture of Indein temple. The Indein Pagoda - a gathering of Buddhist pagodas in the town of Indein, is the most wonderful site around the shore of Inle Lake.

Welcome to Yangon – a must –visit destination for any trips to Myanmar.
Today is spent exploring the city’s attractions including Sule Pagoda – a small beautiful temple located in the center of Yangon, the golden Shwedagon Pagoda, Chaukhtatgyi pagoda - famous for its huge image of Reclining Buddha and Kandawgyi Lake – a popular place for residents.Pay a visit to Shwedagon Pagoda - one of the landmarks of the city. Located west of the Royal Lake in Yangon, Shwedagon Pagoda is the most sacred and impressive Buddhist site for the people of the Union of Myanmar. It is said to hold the hair relics of the Buddha.
As the day comes to a close, proceed to Bogyoke Market or Scott Market. This is an exciting attraction in Yangon which is famous for a wide range of beautiful handicrafts. It is also a precious colonial building in this city.
Take some time to stroll around the market for shopping and taking in the bustling atmosphere.In the evening, relax with a delightful cultural show followed by a dinner with Fine Burmese food in the beautiful setting of Karaweik Palace.
